Who owns the site?
You do, from the moment it's delivered. Use it in your pitch, show it to the client, rebuild it on their domain when they sign. If the prospect never signs, it just quietly stays up as your portfolio piece or gets taken down on request.
Is this a template with the name swapped?
No, and this is the whole point. Each build starts from a written design brief for that specific business: its own palette, its own type pairing, its own hero interaction, its own generated imagery. Look at the three examples above side by side; they share nothing.
What's it built with?
React 19, server-rendered, deployed on Cloudflare. Fast, real code, not a site-builder export. If your client signs, you can keep the stack or treat the demo as a high-fidelity design spec for whatever stack you prefer.
What if my prospect wants changes?
One revision round is included: copy, colors, imagery swaps. Structural rebuilds ("actually make it a booking platform") are a new order.
What niches work best?
Local service businesses: trades, legal, conveyancing, health, beauty, food. If the business has a name and a service, it works. I've built for plasterers, solicitors, dog trainers, and makeup artists in the same week.
What if I'm not happy with it?
